I offer notary services that come to you. Presently, my services are provided in person, but will soon be accessible online. Whether you require assistance with vehicle titles, insurance claims, living wills, Power of Attorney, marital or divorce papers, adoptions, school forms, travel permits, loan/real estate documents, or any other paperwork needing notarized signatures, I'm here to help.

Identification Required
Must bring ONE of the following for proper identification:
- Passport
- Valid (not expired) Driver’s License
- Valid (not expired) State ID
Location/Availability
Locations are to be in public areas only, no residential location due to your and my personal safety. That said, the location is up to you, whether it’s a library, a park, grocery store parking lot. Availability is by appointment only. After hours begins any time after 5 pm Monday through Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday.
Payment/Fees
Per Ohio Secretary of State, in-person fees are $5 per notarial act. Travel and/or after hours fees will be quoted at booking. The fee for after hours is a flat rate of $15, this does not include the travel fee. 20% non-refundable deposit required at booking, which will be applied towards final total. Payments accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal only.
Seller MUST Be Present
The seller MUST personally appear and sign the title in the presence of a notary.
Assignment of Ownership Completed
All the blank spaces in the Assignment of Ownership section MUST be filled out.
Dollar Value MUST Be Assigned
Traded vehicles MUST have a dollar value assigned.
Note that as a Notary, I am required to administer an oath to the seller who attests to the truthfullness of the title information.
What can I expect during our meeting?
Efficient and friendly service. I document what was used to identify you, take a thumb print (I have alcohol wipes to get the ink off), and have you sign in my Notary Journal. From there, we’ll perform the notarial service, extract payment, and part ways!
Why is there not a flat rate for travel included?
Travel fees are dependent on the time it takes to travel to a specified location that you provide to me from my location; therefore, there is no way to guarantee pricing.
Why do you require a 20% non-refundable deposit?
The deposit is to help cover costs associated with traveling to the location and supplies. Keep in mind that this deposit does go towards your final payment!
